Axcex Media LLC was incorporated in Delaware on November 1, 2007 — nine days before the owner's wedding. It started with a 1996 Dodge Dakota, 78,000 miles, a set of hand tools brought from Puerto Rico, and a simple belief: show up, do the work, do it right. From those first jobs as a one-man operation, the team grew — one person at a time, one project at a time, always earning the next step.
For years the model was simple: stay lean, sub-contract, stay busy. It worked — but it had a ceiling. The turning point came from a simple story about comfort zones. Once we decided to stop waiting and start building, everything changed. We brought on permanent staff, built systems and processes, and shifted from subcontracting to pursuing direct clients. We chased perfection — and learned something unexpected: the pursuit of perfection was the engine behind our consistency, and consistency was what our clients valued most. That realization unlocked the next chapter.
Strategic growth followed — acquisitions that expanded our capabilities and geographic reach, adding fire alarm, nurse call, CCTV, access control, paging, audio visual, and more to our portfolio. Today, Axcex is a full-scope turnkey systems integrator with a team of 60+ professionals, two offices, and virtual presence across ten markets nationwide. New branding. New website. Same commitment we started with in 2007.
