Most contractors have a defined scope — the list of things they're specifically contracted to do. When something outside that scope comes up, the answer is usually a change order, a delay, or a phone call to find another vendor. That's not how we work.

When the route changes and there's no other way through, we don't stop the job and wait for another contractor. We scan the slab, locate rebar, and core the opening ourselves.

Custom Bracket & Mount Fabrication
When the wall, ceiling, or structure doesn't match what the manufacturer assumed, we design and fabricate a solution that does. The equipment goes where it needs to go.

Medical equipment arms, monitor mounting, and AV integration in patient care environments — coordinated with infection control and installed clean during active construction.

ICRA Partition Installation
Active healthcare facilities can't stop operations for construction. We set up and manage ICRA containment so work gets done without compromising patient environments.

Equipment Moves & Coordination
When existing equipment is in the way of the install, we handle moving it, protecting it, and coordinating with whoever owns it — rather than treating it as someone else's problem.

We coordinate with GCs, electricians, mechanical contractors, and facility staff to keep our scope moving without creating problems for the people working around us.

Yes — flag poles. When a parking lot renovation needed flag poles and no one had it in scope, we took it on. The job gets done. That's the posture.

Concrete Pouring & Finish Work
When conduit penetrations or anchor work requires concrete finishing afterward, we handle it — not as a courtesy but as part of closing the job correctly.
